kicked bob dylan off the show. nicki minaj tweets back, called tyler a racist. and felt offended by what he said. and steven defended himself and apologized. let's take a listen. >> i apologize if it was taken wrong, nicki, but i am the farthest from what did she say i was? a racist. i am the last thing on this planet that is a racist. i said if bob dylan came on the show he would have been thrown off. you know, i think i spoke out of turn, but a racist, i'm not, nicki. >> big word eluded him. what's that again? >> looks good. looks healthy. >>> also, kim kardashian back in the news, apparently not divorced yet. the divorce attorney went before the judge and said basically she is handcuffed to her soon to be ex-husband kris humphries. basically the trial date will start in the few months here. humphries wants an annulment, because he said the marriage was a fraud and he seeks to collect documents from the companies that handle kim's reality shows. kim is seeking traditional divorce. says i want this thing to be done and over with as quickly as possible. so it's still wrapped up in court.

a football-related injury. also interesting, nbc broadcaster bob costas during his segment last night used it to advocate gun control, and that set off a debate on social media. a lot of lessons to be learned. sad all the way around. >>> a suspected serial killer committed suicide. in an alaskan jail. israel keyes was being held in the kidnap and murder of an 18-year-old coffee shop worker, but the fbi revealed that he keyes confessed to killing a couple from vermont, four people in washington state, and one person in new york. only the vermont victims had been publicly identified. bill and lorraine currier disappeared in june of last year. >>> also, a frightening incident to show you involving a magician, wayne houchin in the dominican republic last week when this happened. a tv show host dropped the flammable liquid on his head. there is no word yet, though, why it ignited. houchin suffered burns on his head, face, neck, and his right hand. he is now recovering, and doctors say they think that he will fully recover without any scars. hard to watch that though. wow. >>> negotiations on a

frail and in a wheelchair, former senator bob dole made a surprise appearance on capitol hill. dole was just released from the hospital a week ago, and he visited the senate to push for passage of a u.n. treaty, guaranteeing rights for the disabled, but even his appearance was not enough to sway fellow republicans. that treaty, in fact, failed to pass. >>> and roger ailes, the head of fox news, reportedly tried to get general david petraeus to run for president. a one-time republican strategist, even offered to quit his job to run the campaign. but petraeus turned down the suggestion and took the job as head of the cia instead. and get this. the reason why he said -- this was a 90-minute conversation he had with fox news national security analyst, kathleen mcfarland who went on ailes' behest to pitch this. petraeus said at the time my wife would divorce me if i decided to run. i love my wife. we have a beautiful house with his and hers bathrooms, believe it or not. i just want to live in it. i've never spent a night in it. >> he was doing other things, i guess. >>> it's also raising
